Informed Funding |
A new online service is about to revolutionise the way business people search the market for finance and make contact with potential providers.
Over the past few years, the number of finance providers targeting growing businesses has rocketed, making it more difficult and time consuming than ever for companies to:
• Research the different types of finance available
• Shop around and find the best options
• Contact providers and discuss their needs
Informed Funding has been set up to cut through this complexity and provide a painless way for companies to educate themselves on this fast-moving market – and take proper advantage of the new opportunities it offers.
Next month, Informed Funding will go live with comprehensive, plain-English information on hundreds of different providers across more than a dozen different types of finance for businesses including short and long-term debt and equity funding. But this is much more than a simple directory – Informed Funding will allow businesses to specify exactly what they are looking for and use Informed Funding’s sophisticated search tools to hone in on the providers that best match their needs and contact them directly via the site to discuss their needs.
“We know that there are a lot of places that businesses can look for funding nowadays, but most people are busy running their company and have little idea where to begin. Informed Funding will show them what their options are and connect them with providers that can meet their needs” says Chris Dines, Founder of Informed Funding.
Informed Funding will officially launch at an event in on February 26 hosted by , the leading provider of space to growing businesses in and a founding partner of Informed Funding. Chris Pieroni, Operations Director for Workspace is delighted to be working with Informed Funding. “When we talk to our customers, access to finance is always the number one challenge they mention. The line-up of speakers at the launch event will include the chief economist of Santander UK, Barry Naisbitt; Bitcoin expert Jonathan Segal, partner at business law firm Fox Williams and case studies including Lovespace, who completed one of the largest equity crowdfunding rounds to date in 2014.
